Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR), the Controller informs you that your personal data is processed in compliance with principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency for informational and pre-contractual purposes requested by you (for example: requests for information, obtaining quotes and estimates, receiving benefits and offers). Retention Period

Data is processed and stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. In particular: – When processing is based on the User’s consent, the Controller may retain Personal Data for longer (unless such consent is withdrawn), up to a maximum of 10 years; – In the event of a contract being established, data will be retained for 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the fulfillment of all legal obligations; – In the event of legal disputes, for the entire duration of the dispute, until the expiration of the terms for appealing.
